Return and Refund Policy
1. Unboxing Video Mandatory:
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, an unedited, continuous unboxing video (from start to finish without any cuts or edits) is strictly required. This serves as proof for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:
Returns or replacements are accepted ONLY under the following conditions:
The product received is physically damaged or defective upon arrival.
The wrong item or wrong size (different from what was ordered) was delivered by our mistake.
3. Sizing Policy & No Size Exchange:
Detailed Size Charts are provided on every product page. It is the customer's sole responsibility to measure and select the correct size before placing an order.
Strictly No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for Sizing Issues if the item delivered matches the size ordered.
4. Reporting Window:
Issues must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video and clear photographs. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5. Non-Eligible Requests:
Change of mind, personal preference, or sizing issues.
Claims made without a clear, uncut unboxing video.
Minor color/design variations due to lighting during photography.
